Summer project

After hours and hours of sanding, priming, sanding, painting, sanding (oh the sanding!), staining, and painting, it is finally finished








 

We got this table at the DI for $10 and this is the third time I've painted it.  Never again.

Looks great!! Just think how much you can charge for this at your yard sale when you decide you're done with it. Those Oregon-ites are going to eat that thrift store, hand painted, reclaimed, distressed, Eco-friendly, fair trade stuff right up! And if you really want to charge top dollar, put a bird on it... ;)
